potato wedges
oven baked potato wedges, seriously easy and tasty too!
ingredients
• mountain produce cold pressed rapeseed oil​
• POTATOES CUT into similar sized wedges (about 1 to 1.5cm thick)
​• salt and pepper, to taste
HOW TO MAKE....

preheat the over to 180 degrees celcius

PUT THE cut potatoes into a bowl

pour in enough oil to lightly coat the potatoes, stir well to ensure they are evenly coated
-
season with salt and pepper (OR YOU CAN add GARLIC GRanules, paprika or rosemary), Stir again
-
Spread out in a single layer on a non-stick baking tray.

cook for 20 minutes. turn over and cook for 15 to 20 minutes more until golden
