chocolate chip brownies

Perfect for a dessert, or a sweet treat

ingredients

•     IIOG PLAIN FLOUR 
•     40G COCOA POWDER 
•     ¼ TSP BAKING POWDER 
•     ¼ TSP SEA SALT 
•     300G CASTER SUGAR 
•     3 EGGS, BEATEN

•     180ML/156G MOUNTAIN PRODUCE COLD PRESSED RAPESEED OIL. PLUS EXTRA FOR GREASING 
•     5OG WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS 

HOW TO MAKE....

Makes 16 brownies in an 8inch square tin 

  • Pre heat your oven to 180 Celcius. 

  • Grease your baking tray with a little of our cold pressed rapeseed oil. 

  • Put the sugar, eggs and oil in a bowl and stir until combined.

  • Sieve the flour, Baking powder; Cocoa powder and salt into the bowl and add the white chocolate chips.

  • Mix everything together and then pour into the baking tray.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are suitably squidgy!

  • Remove them from the baking tray and allow to cool.

  • SLICE into 16 slices and enjoy!
